What kind of recipes do you think they would of had during the Macbeth period or in a cauldron in the 1600's?

This is for a project I need to finish by Monday!! Do you know any websites with OLD recipes? I can't figure out any other recipes they might of had during the time period Macbeth would have been alive. Which I believe was near 1600's. Does anyone have any ideas?
