Another awesome use for it is to spread regular cream cheese (not flavored) on a cracker, like Ritz, and top it with a little spoonful of the pepper jelly. It's a great snack or appetizer if you're entertaining. My family has been eating that all my life. Enjoy!
Are you kidding?!?!?!?! Just put some in a small bowl or ramekin and dip Triscuits into it! The salt from the Triscuits interplays beautifully with the spice from the jelly. It's Great!
Or just make a really good peanut butter and jelly sandwich!
