What pizza recipes would you like to see offered in restaurants?

I am opening a new restaurant soon, and would like to offer some signature topping recipes to my customers. I plan to use a brick oven baked crust. Thank you! What pizza recipes would you like to see offered in restaurants?

also many different olive varieties on one pizza ( at least 5) not just green or black olives. What pizza recipes would you like to see offered in restaurants?
i highly recommend you offer a pizza with a nondairy cheese alternative. there are soy or nut or rice based ones. a lot of people want something like cheese, but are either allergic or dont eat it because they choose to abstain from dairy. i think you'd find that it would work out rather well. as far as toppings are concerned -- this is a very popular one in the uk that i find hard to obtain in the usa: tuna and corn. perhaps this sounds gross or weird or bad, but it's delicious! it's even better if you add a little red onion and black olive to the tuna and corn! good luck
A taco pizza :-) Jalapeno, ground beef, cheese, tomato, and when it's done maybe a little shredded lettuce and sour cream.

The non-dairy cheese idea is actually a really good idea. I bet that would get a lot of people's interests.
Peanut butter and jelly Pizza! but with no special sauce just peanut butter and jelly.
More Seafood or Vegetarian ones.
