I recently went to Mallorca, and brought some back to the UK. Is there any dish I can cook that uses it, as i find it a little strange to eat it on its own, or spread over toast ?What recipes are there that uses the Mallorquian delicacy, sobrasada?
are you talking about sopressata? is it a cured meat? If so, use as you would bacon or pancetta
