When frog's legs cooked, it is only the 2 back legs are used. This seems very wasteful. Are they any recipes that use the remaining parts of the frog?

I can't see that there would be any.
I would be very surprised to see a frog cooking. The stove and pans would have to be tiny.
Besides which they cannot read, yet alone write - so any frog cook book would be useless and unlikely.
I think, also, that they are perfectly happy eating their bugs raw.
Well, there is always the Frog juice (just blend) and the Frog stew: put in a deep pan, add white wine and herbs, cook for hours.
But, the best ever would be the dried-fried frog: put on a stick, dry for 7 days, then batter and deep fry. Serve with belgian fondue (chips in mash potatoes) and brussels sprouts.
